This explains what information Newhill collects when you shop with us, and how we use it.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to fulfil your order: your name, delivery address, email, and phone number, along with the details of what you ordered. We do not store card details — orders are paid by bank transfer.
How we use it
- To confirm your bank transfer and process your order.
- To pack, deliver, and provide support for your order.
- To contact you about your order, or about an issue with it.
Who we share it with
We share your details only where it's needed to deliver your order — for example, with the courier or freight service carrying your parcel. We don't sell your information to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for our accounts and to support returns or warranty claims, then remove them.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we're not required to keep it. Email eStore@newhill.mv and we'll help.
