Ordering

When you place an order you're making an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed once we've received and verified your payment. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or there's a pricing error — and we'll refund anything you've already paid.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Maldivian rufiyaa (Rf) and include any applicable tax shown at checkout. Orders are paid by bank transfer: we provide the account details at checkout, and your order is processed once we confirm the transfer with your order reference.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on your location and the freight schedule. See our Shipping page for details.

Returns

Returns and refunds are covered by our Returns & Refunds policy.

Products

Many pieces are hand-finished, so small natural variations in grain, colour, and texture are part of the character of the piece and aren't faults. We do our best to show this honestly in our photographs.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under Maldivian law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to your order.
